Expected Arrival
Our 2027 Hobonichi collection is shipping to us directly from Japan, and we are currently expecting it to arrive sometime during the first week of September. Because international shipping and customs timing can vary, we are not able to guarantee an exact arrival date.
Free Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at both our Fircrest/Tacoma and Gig Harbor locations.
Once the Hobonichi collection arrives, our team will begin processing pickup orders as quickly as possible. We will email you as soon as your complete order has been pulled, packaged, and is ready for pickup. Please do not come to pickup until you have received your pickup-ready email.
Pickup hours at both locations are:
- Monday through Saturday: 10am-6pm
- Sunday: 12pm-4pm
If your order includes items located at more than one Paper Luxe location, additional time may be needed to transfer everything before your order is ready.
Shipping Orders
Hobonichi orders will begin shipping within a few business days of the collection arriving at our shop. Orders are generally shipped via USPS or UPS.
Standard shipping is $7.50 within the USA, with FREE standard shipping on orders over $99.
You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information as soon as your package is on its way. Once an order has shipped, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier and delivery by a specific date cannot be guaranteed.
Orders Containing Hobonichi + Other Products
If your order includes both Hobonichi items and products that are already in stock, your entire order will be held and shipped or prepared for pickup together once your Hobonichi items arrive.
If you would like your currently available items sooner, we recommend placing them as a separate order.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Expedited Shipping
Because we do not have a guaranteed arrival date for our incoming Hobonichi shipment, we cannot guarantee expedited delivery for pre-ordered Hobonichi items.
Sold Out or Unavailable Items
Hobonichi designs and collaborations can sell out quickly, and restocks are not guaranteed. In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill an item from your order, we will contact you as soon as possible and issue a refund for the unavailable item.
