Shipping & Services
What is your shipping cost?
We charge a flat rate of $7.50 on all orders. Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.
How long does it take to process and ship orders?
We aim to process and ship orders within 24–48 business hours (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 12 PM PT on Friday will typically ship the following Monday.
Will my order include pricing or an invoice?
No — we never include pricing in any shipment. Each order includes a packing slip with the item list, quantities, and sender/recipient names. If your order is marked as a gift, we’ll do our best to wrap items, include your gift note, and omit the packing slip.
Do you offer in-store pickup?
Yes! Select Local Pickup at checkout and choose either our Fircrest or Gig Harbor location. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready.
How long do pickup orders take to be ready?
Most pickup orders are ready within 1–2 business days. Need it sooner? Give us a call—we’re happy to help if we can!
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase (online or in-store), as long as items are unused, in original condition, and with original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Some items—such as clearance, seasonal goods, workshop tickets, or perishables—may be final sale. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.
Gifting
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes — we offer gift wrap (either wrapping paper or a gift bag with tissue) for items purchased at Paper Luxe. At this time, we do not wrap items brought in from outside.
Can gift cards be used online and in-store?
Yes! Paper Luxe gift cards are valid at both stores and online.
Do you provide custom printing or wedding invitations?
Not at this time — we do not offer custom stationery, wedding suites, or event printing.
Do you offer corporate gifting services?
