Returns and Exchanges

If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund*. To receive a full refund, the item(s) must be unused and in good condition (Please note, Paper Luxe retains the right to determine if the state of an item is eligible for a refund). 

For in-store returns, please visit either our Fircrest or Gig Harbor, WA locations. Both locations are open Monday-Saturday from 10am-6pm and Sunday from 12pm-4pm.

For shipping returns, if your items arrive damaged, defective, or are not what you ordered, please call (253) 328-4967 or send an email, with photos, to customercare@paper-luxe.com immediately. If your items meet any of the above requirements, we will handle the cost to send your order back to our shop. If the return is because you no longer wish to keep the item(s), you will be responsible for covering the shipping cost. 

If your return is a gift, you may return the item(s) for store credit or exchange for other item(s) of equal or lesser value. 

All items purchased on “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. Food and drink items are also final sale. 

*For shipping orders, a full refund will be offered, less the original shipping cost.
