Whether you’re freshly hooked after Mahjong 101 or simply craving more table time, Guided / Open Play Night is where confidence grows and friendships flourish.
Join us for an evening of relaxed, social play with light guidance woven in. Mandee will be there to answer questions, clarify hands, offer Charleston strategy tips, and help you navigate tricky moments — all without interrupting the fun.
This isn’t a formal class — it’s elevated, supportive open play designed to help you feel more confident and comfortable at the table.
Please note: There will be no formal instruction at this gathering. General game knowledge is required to attend.

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are transferable to another person, but are not refundable or exchangeable. While we know life happens, due to the cost of pre-purchased materials and instructor fees, we are generally unable to offer refunds or credits.

For Mahjong events only, registrations may be transferred to another published future Mahjong class or Open Play session with at least 48 hours’ notice. Within 48 hours of the event, tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a future class due to instructor planning and event preparation. You are always welcome to transfer your ticket to another person if you’re unable to attend.

If we do not have a minimum of 8 people registered for a workshop, we may need to cancel the event and will refund your registration fee.

We occasionally take photographs and videos at our workshops to share on social media and our website. If you are not comfortable being photographed or filmed, please let us know ahead of time and we will respect your wishes.
