It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas! Sort of...
The holiday season will look a little different around the shops this year! Because of our new home store, The Crest Home, we no longer will have a dedicated holiday shop as a part of Paper Luxe. But do not fear! The majority of our Christmas and holiday decor for sale will be located and available for purchase inside The Crest. Paper Luxe will contain the bulk of our holiday cards, wrapping paper and bags, gift tags, and smaller decor and giftable items.
This year, for obvious reasons, we are highly encouraging customers to do as much of their shopping with us online as possible! We make it super easy to do and you get all the same extras as if you were shopping in the store. YAY!

* All automatic if you order online! If you purchase items in the store, you will need to provide your email IN EACH STORE to setup your loyalty club accounts. Each store has its own program. Gift cards can be used online or in-store and expire 11/26/20. They will be delivered 24 hours after purchase.
** All deliveries will be made on Wednesday, 11/11.
*** If the shop is too busy at the time of purchase, you may need to leave your gifts and pick them up at a later time.
YES! You can combine orders for shipping or pickup
We can absolutely combine orders for pick-up and shipping! Simply put a note in during checkout (or call, email, or DM us) if you're making multiple orders or still have one to pickup or ship, and we'll place them altogether for pickup at Paper Luxe. If you are charged multiple shipping fees, we will automatically refund the smaller charge (for example, you pay $9.95 shipping for items in the toy store and $5 shipping for items in Paper Luxe, we will automatically refund you the $5 shipping charge.)
Please keep in mind (when shopping with us or other small businesses) that the average shipping fee we pay is between $7-$18. So while the $5 or $10 fee may seem high compared to free big-box store shipping, it still doesn't cover the cost of postage, the packaging, and the time it takes to physically ship. We also make sure every package leaves the door packaged safely, securely and beautifully with a hand written note. AND...you don't have to step foot inside the post office.
We also strive to get orders packaged and on their way within 1-2 business days. We ship primarily USPS and UPS, with one week delivery time or less (although not guaranteed as it is out of our control once it leaves our hands).
Some other important info!
We do require that you purchase items in the store you find them in. While we are one big company and family, we run the three shops separately (for boring business reasons) and to avoid an inventory nightmare. Some day when we're big and famous like Amazon or The Gap, we'll be able to let you shop for all three under one account, but for now, we're doing the best we can with our limited budget and skills! We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.
Masks are REQUIRED at all times. If for any reason you cannot wear a mask, we ask that you please shop online or call us for a video shopping session.

While we would LOVE to have everyone in the shops, we encourage everyone to shop online first. Shopping online will still earn you a free gift with purchase (while supplies last), a $5 gift card for every $50 you spend during the week, free local delivery or curbside pickup, and access to our sale items!
- Free Curbside/In-store Pickup - we notify you as soon as your items are ready for pickup. You can come into the store and pickup or call us when you are outside and we will run it out you!
- Free Local Delivery - we will deliver all packages on Tuesday, 11/11
- $5 Flat Rate Shipping (Paper Luxe), $9.95 flat rate for The Crest Home, $9.95 flat rate for The Curious Bear
- If you'd like us to place a "Do Not Open Until Dec. 25th" sticker on your package, just let us know during checkout or with a quick email, call or DM after purchase!
Last Bit of Advice...
Shop early this year. We've been told by many of our vendors and makers (big and small) that they likely won't be able to restock us before the end of the year due to COVID. We've tried our best to stock up on favorites, but don't wait if you've had your eye on something!
1. Q: Can I combine purchases in all stores to earn store credit?
A: Sorry, but each store is completely separate. Each one has its own loyalty program and inventory.
2. Q: Do I earn $5 store credit if I spend $25 on one day and $25 on another?
A: Not automatically. It is $5 per $50 you spend at one time in one transaction. If you contact us by email at email@example.com with your information and order numbers, we can manually process a credit to your loyalty account if your total (before tax) is over $50.
3. Q: If I sign up for the loyalty program in one store, will it work in all 3?
A: Sadly, our software isn't sophisticated enough to combine all 3 shops. They are all separate. Credit earned MUST be used in the store where it was received. Gift cards can also only be used in the store they were issued from.
4. Q: Will The Curious Bear be having any specials?
A: The Curious Bear will be holding its own special event Nov. 14th-22nd. Stay-tuned for details! Puzzles, however, will be 25% off during open house week!
5. Q: I can't make it in during the open house. Can I come in early/late to get the prizes and discounts?
A: Sorry, our free gift with purchase and credit can only be earned during the week of Nov. 1-8th.
6. Q: Will your loyalty program continue after the open house?
A: YES! We are excited to roll out further loyalty rewards shortly after the open house. Stay-tuned for information.
7. Q: I want to send multiple packages to friends and family. Can I do it all on one order?
A: Please place separate orders for each delivery location. You do need to pay a separate shipping fee for each address. If you place multiple orders all going to the same address, we are happy to combine them and refund any additional shipping fees if you let us know prior to any orders actually shipping out (depending on volume, we try to ship within 24-72 hours).
