Kelly and her husband Grant got the idea to start Old Town Delights after taking a wine and truffle making class in a local kitchen shop. After lots of experimenting and perfecting of recipes, the perfect caramel was born. Old Town Delights moved from their home kitchen into a local commercial kitchen.
